Healthy Digestion

Healthy digestion is something we all strive for, as it makes us feel so much better and allows us to function mentally, physically and socially with full joie de vivre.  There is however a plethora of reasons why things might go wrong causing our bodies to compensate which can lead to an imbalance in metabolism and ill-health.

Digestion is impacted by many different factors including:

  • Gut bacteria

  • Infections

  • Inflammation
